About Us
Owner Craig Stevens' passion for audio started when he was only a boy. At 12 he wired a system to have better sound for the music in his room. From there, he went on to working on cars. His parents graciously allowed him to pull apart the door panel on their Chrysler LeBaron so he could figure out the inner workings. And he hasn't stopped since then.
In the late 90s, Craig entered himself into several Car Audio Competitions and had a blast. He was certified as an IASCA judge in 1999. In the early 2000s he judged several competitions in Edmonton and surrounding areas. He competed in the professional 0-600Watt SQ competitions in Western Canada with USACi (United States Autosound Competition International) in 2005, taking home first place in six out of the seven events. He placed first in the Western Canada Finals for installation and sound quality.
Since then, Craig's passion for car audio hasn't lessened. He strives to make each custom audio system the best it can be, no different than when he participated in competitions. He has built custom trunk installs, kick panel speaker enclosures, A-pillar speaker enclosures, center consoles, and under seat systems. Each system was unique and individualized as the vehicle's owner .
Craig applies that same dedication to all of the work he does in the shop, whether it's remote starters, paint protection film, or tint. He stands behind his work. In fact, he guarantees it. All of his work is backed by a lifetime warranty.
His enthusiasm for after-market accessories has infected all of the staff at CBS, and everyone strives to give quality workmanship on par with Craig.
